Creating a safe environment by providing additional protection to pedestrians and direction to vehicle traffic in front of the church on Sunday mornings. Although recruited by EvFree Fullerton, this position will be hired, employed, trained and managed by All City Management Services.


  • Works under the direction of an Area, District, or Lead Supervisor from All City Management Services.
  • Must read, understand and comply with All City Management policies as outlined in the “Employee Handbook for School Crossing Guards”.
  • Must wear Company-issued high visibility vest and hat (or visor) at all times while on duty. Must wear sturdy, well-fitting shoes while on duty. Shoes must have closed toe and heel (no sandals), low or no heel and have soft soles with a no-slip tread in condition.
  • Must show good judgment and make common sense decisions while providing for the safety of pedestrians.
  • Must successfully complete certification testing and maintain certified status.

Physical Requirements

  • Must submit to and successfully complete all pre-employment tests and screenings as required by All City Management Services policy.
  • Must maintain compliance with all safety and functional capacity evaluation standards as outlined by All City Management policy. Compliance with standards is determined by both bi-annual review and random field observation testing.
  • Must have physical ability and stamina to remain on duty (without interruption) for up to two hours per shift.
  • Must be able to lift STOP sign (weighing up to two pounds) over the head repeatedly.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, often on uneven terrain.
  • Must be able to work outside in seasonal weather conditions.

Other Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must submit to and successfully clear a fingerprint-based background check which meets EvFree Background check standards.
  • May be subject to drug/alcohol screening prior to and/or at random during employment. Must immediately notify supervisor of any temporary or long term accommodations needed due to limitations and/or restrictions regarding physical or mental inability to perform duties of the job.
