EFCA

The First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton was incorporated in 1955 as a nonprofit organization in the State of California. Throughout our history one of our primary goals in handling our finances has been to be good and faithful stewards of all donations entrusted to us.

Our constitution and by-laws detail some of the policies and procedures we follow in regard to our finances, and others are covered in our organization and policy manual. In addition, as members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), we are held to a set of stringent standards. For more information about the ECFA, and to look up our membership with them, please visit their website at www.ecfa.org.

Because we are a nonprofit organization, we are careful to follow those laws and guidelines which pertain to us as a corporation within the United States. Although we are ultimately accountable to God and must always make sure that we put no other law above His Law, our leadership has not found any reason to conscientiously break any law or guideline imposed by our government.
