Friends Becoming Family (Single Parent Fellowship)
Friends Becoming Family is a group who knows what it means to be people
of disappointed hopes. This group is made up of those who know the pain
of divorce; some are raising their children alone or visiting them when
they can. Some are raising children and have never married and some are
widows and widowers. This group has people from every stage of healing.
They may be broken or expertly repaired. We offer Divorce Recovery, help
to the children of divorce “Hearts on the Mend.” We have Sunday
school and “life-skills” classes and a full social calendar
so no one needs to be alone. We even offer preparation for remarriage.
This group is truly a family. There is much laughter and joy as we reach
out to each other. Give us a chance and we will win you over.
