If you have experienced trauma in your life, you are not alone. Come receive insight and encouragement  you need in a safe and secure setting, while discovering practices for better self care. You will also learn ways to enable others you care about find relief from their emotional pain. Sponsored by EvFree Fullerton, this course has been developed by the American Bible Society, in conjunction with licensed professionals specializing in trauma treatment, for use in a peer-support environment. The curriculum used has been created for the North American environment.
