A student leadership team
Students have an unique opportunity to play a key role in the impact of our ministry. As a member of this student leadership team students will help give vision for how this ministry should grow/change. You will also plan and implement a number of different events. Above all, you will grow deeper in your relationship with Christ and will be equipped with leadership skills that will help you lead not only in our ministry but the church as a whole. This will not be an easy task. It will require your time, your heart and your commitment. Are you ready?

EQUIP Retreat
During the FALL semester students will be taken away on a ministry weekend where they will be challenged to grow deeper in their faith and in their service to Christ.  At this retreat they will learn the basic foundations what it means to be a leader.

EQUIP Leadership Teams

Connection Team The connection team exists to meet and connect students to the High School Ministry in a relaxed and inviting environment.

Creative Arts Team The creative arts team exists to draw our community closer to God through visual arts.

Multi-Media Team The mulit-media team exists to use the technology at hand to produce interactive materials to reach, integrate, mature and equip fellow HSM members for the glory of Christ.

Worship Team The worship team exists to bring God glory by providing a comfortable environment where students can worship God. (This team is selected and meets separately)

Service Team The service team exists to present high school students with opportunities to serve God through serving others.

Tech Team The tech team exists to enhance the worship experience through means of providing sound, lighting and video. (This team is selected and meets separately)

Global/Mission Team The Global/Mission team exists to raise awareness of God’s global mission in the world by identifying, advocating, and raise funds for a specific mission organizations or opportunities.

Ministry TeamThe Ministry team exists to provide overall support to the HS Department by overseeing various parts of the ministry; special events, announcements, newsletter, set up and tear down, crowd-breakers, offering, etc.

Time requirements
Bi-Monthly team meetings Sunday nights, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
