Ensenada Partnership
For the past decade, we (the First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton) have been partnering with Pastor Trino Ortiz of the Evangelical Free Church of Ensenada, Baja California to bring the love of God and the Good News of Jesus to the people of Ensenada and surrounding communities. We have helped in the construction of a church in Ensenada, in various local outreaches, in retreats and through benevolent food donations to the poor and needy. From 2006-2010, we helped build a medical clinic in Puerta Trampa, a rural, agricultural valley east of Ensenada, where medical and spiritual care is almost non-existent among a small population of locals and about 20,000 migrant Indian farm workers who arrive every year for the growing and harvesting seasons. If you would like to join us in the medical clinic project, we are looking for medical personnel, bus drivers, translators and maintenance personnel. We make a monthly weekend trip to Puerta Trampa to support the medical and outreach efforts in that community. If you would like more information, please contact us.
