Prayer Requests

March 2012

That the Search Committee and the congregation would be ever-sensitive to the leading of the Spirit.

That we would have a willingness to follow God’s lead and take action on what we are prompted to do.

That this process would deepen our relationship with Jesus.

That our current efforts to reach out to ministry leaders nationally will produce some strong candidate leads.

That individually we would find the space to consistently be in His Word and in His presence with a listening heart.

That we would not get ahead of the Spirit in the process.

That the Search Committee would have endurance and wisdom in balancing the demands of the committee with the rest of life’s responsibilities.

That God would continue to give us unity and discernment as the process continues. 

That we all would keep our focus on God and not get derailed by circumstances.

That God would continue to prepare us as a congregation for His plans.

That we would continually be seeking Him as individuals and as a body of Christ.
