ADULTS

Healthy, growing and vitally contributing adults make a difference in their homes, workplaces and communities.

To that end, we offer a number of resources including parenting seminars, marriage enrichment classes, support groups and camps and conferences to encourage couples and families. For additional information, please contact our church office, 714-529-5544.

Community Groups

We all need a place where everybody knows our name. We were designed for relationship and we want everyone at EvFree to find the place where they can be known. Small Life Groups (12–15 people) meet in homes during the week. Adult Fellowships are caring communities of 40–120 people who meet Sunday mornings to strengthen and challenge one another to reflect the character of and participate in the mission of Jesus. See when and where each group meets here.

Young Adults

Navigating through calling, relationships, and careers with Christ at the center and friends side by side. Post-grads, singles and couples in their 20s. Tuesdays at 7:00pm, the Family Room on Main Campus.

For more information on how we do this and ways to get involved, please contact Alyssa Penner.

Young Families

Young married couples through families with children up to 6th grade. We desire to equip and encourage parents to raise godly children in the context of a family-friendly church. This is carried out through fellowship groups, special events and pastoral ministry.

There are six different Adult Fellowships at our church and one home fellowship that meets on a weeknight, all geared to Young Families. These groups provide the encouragement and spiritual support that is vital for Christian parents to personally grow in their own walk with Christ as well as receive resources for their marriage and raising their kids.

If you'd like to learn more or get involved in Young Families, please contact Scott Belon.

Men

Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. I Corinthians 16:13

The apostle Paul’s exhortation is every bit as relevant to 21st century followers of Christ as it was to those walking with him in the tough territory of Corinth. In every age God has called men to the great adventure—and resulting battle—of their lives as they follow Him. Our aim is to invite men into the adventure of following Christ, and to equip them to live out I Corinthians 16:13.

Women

In Women’s Ministries, we want to embrace all that God has for us in this life. Whether it is by digging into God’s Word together at a weekly study, extending service to a woman’s shelter or inviting others to hear about God’s heart for them, we have designed our ministries to help us experience God’s limitless love and power. There are Bible study groups meeting Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and also on Monday and Tuesday evenings. We also offer classes, support groups and special events. We're saving a place for you.

Experienced Adults and interGen Ministries

“Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age. They shall be fresh and flourishing to declare that the Lord is upright. He is my rock and there is no unrighteousness in Him.”  —Psalm 92:13–15

Our goal is that you’ll plant and take root with us, grow deeply and continue to bear fruit in the years ahead. Our mission? To then influence and impact your families, friends and acquaintances with the truth and grace of Christ as we grow and inter-generate as a family. This stage of life presents unique challenges and distinctive opportunities for spiritual growth. Simply put: Our multi-generational goal is to watch ONE generation (Ourselves - Deut. 4:9a), Teach TWO generations (Our children & their children - Deut. 4:9b), Think FOUR generations (The children yet to come - Ps. 78:5-6) and Bless all generations (Nu. 6:24-27)!
